Fox Ridge Farm's SIGH YOU, a three-year-old gelded son of GOOD AND TOUGH made it two wins in as many days for his sire when winning over 6 furlong on the Belmont Park grass. The winner took control with a half-mile to go in a 6 furlong MSW for New York breds on June 2 before posting a one length score under Preakness Stakes winning rider Javier Castellano.The win brought SIGH YOU's earnings to $38,137.

06/02/06 -Promising two-year-old filly ONE TOUGH BELLE (GOOD AND TOUGH) wins her debut with ease.
On June 1 at Belmont Park, ONE TOUGH BELLE, a two-year-old daughter of LAKLAND NORTH stallion GOOD AND TOUGH, went right to the lead in her debut and never looked back while scoring a convincing 6 1/2 length victory. The winner waltzed through quarters of 22.53 and 46.44 leaving the field trailing in the 5 1/2 furlong MSW test. WOW!... THAT'S FLYIN'!... PISGAH (GOOD AND TOUGH) eclipses a 26-year-old track record at Delaware Park.
PISGAH (GOOD AND TOUGH) established a Delaware Park record for six furlongs on Tuesday, April 25, when he scored a six-length victory in 1:07.92 over a fast main track during the seventh race.Trained by Scott Lake, the stakes-placed Good and Tough horse eclipsed the previous track record of 1:08.20 for the distance established by Damitrius on September 2, 1980. His sire stands at LAKLAND NORTH for a fee of $5,000, live foal.Tavner Dunlap's homebred Pisgah sprinted quickly clear under jockey Robby Alvarado Jr. in the $46,000 allowance/optional claiming race, opened up a four-length lead through a half-mile in :43.88, and remained unchallenged in the stretch en route to the victory.Runner-up in the 2005 Hockessin Stakes at the Stanton, Delaware, track, Pisgah improved to three wins in six starts this year and boosted his career record to six wins and nine seconds from 24 starts while earnings $245,092. 03/30/06 - PISGAH (GOOD AND TOUGH) overcomes a stumbling start and rough trip to prevail in tight finish to Gulfstream Park Allowance on March 29. Mike'sgoodandtough a three-year-old son of Good And Tough made a big impression in his recent racetrack debut. As a result his trainer, Mid-Atlantic-based Randy Allen has taken the step of supplementing him into the January 7 Count Fleet Stakes at Aqueduct. The, then, two-year-old landed a Maiden Special Weight contest at Laurel Park on December 23. Making his first start and despite breaking slowly and racing greenly throughout, Mike'sgoodandtough prevailed by 3 3/4 lengths over his closest pursuer. Mike'sgoodandtough is out of the Lord Gaylord mare You Snapped and is owned by Gary Juster and Nick Sallusto. He was bred in West Virginia by Joe Painter.
